Effie Dudley Table Lamp November 11th, 2018 - 03:00:32
Nautical rope lamp, a bulb, paintbrush and a glue gun for your first coat. I like to just slap the paint on you just want to make sure you get the entire base covered for this project. It's going to take about three coats of paint, so now that our paint is completely dried, we're going to start wrapping the sisal rope around the base of the lid using my glue gun, I'm just gonna dab the end of the rope with a little bit of glue, I'm gonna secure it to the base of the lamp and wait for that to dry.
Just for a minute, I'm gonna take my white glue and I'm gonna start just going around the base of the lamp. Just so I can get a good coating on there. I'm gonna continue gluing and wrapping the rope around the lamp. I picked up a couple other things that I would need.
I had a couple things already, so the total cost of this lamp will be about 20 dollars all right, we're gonna just take it apart, got the eyeball taken apart and take this rope and we're gonna wrap it all the way around the Leg drop my hot glue right here, we're gonna start the bottom and work our way up, a little nutty piece for the top, not sure what the technical term for that is.
